WW II GMC DUKW Amphibian Truck Landing at Normandie-Le Havre Sept.1944, bought by an Belgian customer (1947), served during the inundation-flood (dike burst) in Holland & Belgian coast in 1953. This is one of the few survivors worldwide, served after WW II for more than 60 years during the holidays at our Belgian coast. Having all the original documents( date 1st inscr. 15/07/1943), aswell the Belgian Royal Navigation Licence / Certificate of Registry. The original GMC engine was replaced by an Volvo Diesel engine This GMC Start at once, drives and still navigable condition, last time in Belgian sea in 2015.
