Hotchkiss M201 Jeep This 24 volt M201 is about as original as they come. Mine for over 20 years, this was one of the first Hotchkiss Jeeps to 'come out of the closet'! It has featured in many publications including Classic Military Vehicle magazine issue No.60 - May 2006, 'Hotchkiss M201' by Pat Ware and 'The Classic Military Jeep Illustrated'. It also appears on the cover of 'Frontline' supplement issue 72, May 2007. It is an older restoration that served in Algeria with the French Army and is sold with hard to find accessories such as the decontamination bottle, FaMas rifle holder, plastic hood, spare wheel camo net holder, brand new Hotchkiss pattern canvas windscreen cover, aerial marker identification kit, First Aid tin with holder, Pioneer kit stamped Armee Francaise and French water jerry-can stamped 'EAU' with canvas bucket. It also comes complete with a GRC-9 radio (non functioning) and power supply with full size radio operator (Pierre). Pierre is dressed in the F1 lightweight summer uniform complete with 8th Division insignia (as is the M201), gas mask pouch, F1 brelage, hand grenade, F1 helmet, Ranger boots, etc. Other accessories include French walkie-talkie and whip aerial PRC-6, combat rations dated 1992/94, French camo net and GRC-9 spare valves box. There are various spares including instruments, bulbs, etc. A very reluctant sale due to an extremely expensive divorce!! The M201 is in West Sussex. Price £10,995.
