This is a rare early example of the legendary general purpose machine
gun made by FN in 1964.
Belt fed and firing 7.62mm NATO, the GPMG is acclaimed as one of the most
reliable of modern machine guns and is used by the armed forces of many
nations including the UK and US.
This example has a British L1A2 barrel and several of its parts carry
the Enfield factory mark. Deactivated in 1994, with fully moving parts,
it cocks, dry fires and field strips (apart from the barrel), and comes
with sustained fire butt, very nice cleaning kit and deactivation certificate.
This is one of the best examples around, with almost all original finish
present and in superior condition to others I have seen for sale.
£2500. Serious enquiries only, and no personal callers.
I will only post to a UK mainland address and cheques must clear first.
Paypal is acceptable, but add 3% to cover their fees.
