Manufactured 1944 by Brunn-Grossfuss, marked 'bpr' and 'dot'. All serial
numbers match, including those on the bolt and wooden buttstock, but not
the bipod or bakelite buttstock.
Early 1993 deactivation by Birmingham proof house, certificate is included.
Fully field-strippable. The waffenamt-stamped bolt is unusual since it
includes the extractor, ejector and cartridge stripper. The standard bipod
is waffenamt-stamped, marked 'dac' and has the correct reinforcing ribs
and height adjustment knob. Very rare early pre-WW2 MG34 bakelite butt
with steel caps, waffenamt marked is shown attached to the gun. Very rare
pre-1944 milled kreiskorn AA sight is marked 'cql', waffenamt stamped
and is in 100% mint condition. Post-WW2 50-round pale green Gurttrommel
(shown attached to gun) with sliding dust cover and a 50-round metal-linked
belt of inert 7.92 X 57 bullets. Also very rare WW2 MG34 extractor removal
tool, manufacturer marked 'fxo 42', these are invaluable for easily and
safely removing the extractor from the bolt. Asking £1200 for the
lot post paid, no offers, and I will ship to mainland UK addresses only.
Cheques take a minimum of 10 working days to clear. This is a seriously
superb piece in very rare condition and will only appreciate in value.
Please see my other MILWEB ad for a genuine WW2 Gurttrommel 34 and steel-cased
belt of inert WW2 ammo for this gun.. | |
