Packard Ambulance 1942 - Rare vehicle

I bought the car a couple years ago but have no time to complete it.
When I bought it it was far from complete, that's why a lot of the parts are brand new.
I will show a picture with some of the receipts.
New tires, new gages, new brake parts, I found the original hood ornament!, 5 hub caps, title with it etc.
I also have 2 big folders with the history of this car.
Engine is running. I can send you a movie.
But you can not drive the car. The brakes are not working.
I'm looking for a big truck WW2 era or a good offer.
