French Military (Navy?) signalling lamp

I have found no other examples of this signalling lamp and I am assuming it is French because I bought it in France.
It stands 73cm tall and the lamp is 38cm in diameter. It appears to still have it bulb in there. I can find no makers marks on it. It's got the worst paint job on it lol.
The mechanism for signalling appears to work and the flaps open and close with the lever on the side. It is very basic. I have no way to value this item as I can find nothing even remotely similar online.
So, I am open to negotiation.
The nearest I can find is fully restored brass or polished aluminium ones for anywhere between £1500 and £5000.
So, my price is based upon a comparison to those.
Note: The lamp is in my house in France and I will be able to bring it back to the UK for collection in April.
Under no circumstances will this go through courier or postal system (and survive).
I am in a low signal area so I would prefer initial contact by email and then by Whatsapp or messenger.
