Consecutive pair, matching vins and no plates, of 1952 Commer Q4 AFS hose layers.482ELM and 483 ELM.
I'm coming to terms with the reality that the workshop I need to fix these 2 old girls wont happen this year so they should go to another (bigger) home. Both are complete and were running and driving but have now stood for a couple of years, one sidelined by being a camper and not moving, the other by a carb gasket.
Both turning freely, rolling freely and generally solid condition, each with around 4500 miles on the clock, but both will need proper recommissioning, fuel system, brakes etc etc. The plates alone are probably worth the asking price but I would like to see them stay with the trucks.
It would be nice to see them go on as a pair and to keep the numbers on and see them turn up at the Revival (can I come and drive one please!!) but I realise thats maybe not practical would let them go individually.
They are in the Scottish Highlands but I can help arrange transport. A lorry to the South with both of them would come in around £1500.
