For sale is a rare and highly collectible FAUN KRAKA Type 640 (0.5t gl), an original German Bundeswehr airborne vehicle used by paratrooper units during the Cold War.

Military Background I personally served in the German Bundeswehr airborne forces (Fallschirmjäger) and operated this exact type of vehicle during my service.
The Kraka was deployed in various configurations, including: • 20 mm field cannon carrier • TOW anti-tank missile platform Designed for rapid deployment, the vehicle could be: • airdropped by parachute • transported via aircraft such as the Transall • deployed by helicopter (e.g. CH-53) This makes the Kraka one of the most unique and versatile Cold War airborne vehicles ever built. ????
