Unique Condition Ford Canada Bren Carrier

Unique opportunity to acquire a fully and high‑quality restored Canadian Universal Carrier No.2 MKII* from April 1944.
During the Second World War, the Universal Carrier was widely used by the Commonwealth of Nations. Its role included transporting troops, equipment and support weapons, and it was also used as a machine‑gun platform.
This example is in exceptionally complete and original condition and features riveted original armour and the original data plate (April 1944).
The road wheels have been re‑rubbered, the tracks are in good condition, and the Carrier is fitted with both fuel tanks and a well‑running engine. It drives and steers perfectly.
This Universal Carrier is equipped with many components that are often missing, such as stowage boxes, rifle holders, mudguards, starting handle/bracket, seats, and more. Two of the stowage boxes are exact reproductions made to original specifications, while the other two are original.
The lighting is fully functional. The seat cushions are of high quality and made exactly to the original pattern.
Configuration: Welsh Guards stowage layout.
An original Universal Carrier with original armour in such a complete condition is extremely rare.
