QF 4.5” Howitzer

Here we have a WW1 qF 4.5” howitzer dated 1917 together with a matching QF 4.5” ammunition wagon dated 1918.
In 1925 the newly formed Irish Defence Force purchased these from the British Military. A total of approximately 48 howiitzers and wagons were received. This fine example was acquired from the Curragh Military in 2006 and underwent a total restoration.
It comes complete with the extremely rare 4.5” ammunition wagon, again fully restored.

Please note the howitzer is live firing and will require an FAC or deactivation.
Dealer to dealer transaction would be the preferred option. I would very much like to see both items sold as one lot as the one compliments the other but open to sensible offers on both. I am asking a reduced price of £60,000 but open to serious offers.
