Ex British Army / NATO FH70 155mm Howitzer – 1979 Vickers Built.
Original ex-military FH70 155mm field howitzer in demilled collector/display condition.
Vickers Limited identification plate present dated March 1979.
Barrel demilled with welded obstruction in place.
Breech block removed and retained separately in side storage compartment.
The unit appears substantially complete with APU engine fitted, hydraulic systems present and original controls/gauges still in place.
Untested by ourselves.
Tyres hold air correctly and the howitzer was towed approximately 15 miles to its current location without issue.
An impressive Cold War NATO artillery piece.
